I am providing more robust Chapters--1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, and 16--which cover information that is not in your workbook. I believe it will benefit you to take a look at these "web" chapters which provide a more in-depth discussion of the material.

In the Author's Corner you will be able to access the Input Files These are files that are used in examples and discussions in the book. Some of the files are somewhat long and would be tedious for you to create and enter, so we've provided them for you here.
