Antonio Banderas. Antonio Banderas is a very popular Hollywood actor. He was born in Málaga, Spain, and got his first break in acting under Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar. Mafalda is a true child of the 60's, politically aware and often confused about the strange world around her. She has a small group of friends, each of which represents some aspect of society or human nature. Sometimes the strip shows glimpses of Argentine society, while at other times it makes keen observations of the world at large.
