Hinman's site contains links to Supreme Court decisions, on-line articles and numerous other websites on the topic of animal rights. Also included is a survey of philosophical literature on the moral status of animals.

This site is one project of the EnviroLink Network. It contains extensive information, including several subject-specific FAQ sections (e.g., religion and vegetarianism, alternatives to leather, pound seizure, bestiality, etc.). Also included are links to recent AP news headlines and to other animal rights resources.
Americans for Medical Progress Educational Foundation
AMP describes itself as aiming to ensure that Americans support the vital role of animals in medical research. Included here you will find a history of the benefits of animal research, a timeline of advances, answers to a list of frequently-asked questions and links to articles on violence in the animal rights movement, to recent new stories, to the USDA Animal Welfare Report, and more.
A Critical Look at Animal Experimentation
The Medical Research Modernization Committee describes itself as a national health advocacy group composed of physicians, scientists and other healthcare professionals who evaluate the benefits, risks and costs of medical research methods and technologies. At this particular site you will find a very brief look at the history of animal research, a look at some contemporary animal experimentation, a description of some non-animal methodologies, and ultimately a position statement according to which animal experimentation is an unsound method for scientific reasons.

Sponsored by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, this site includes a FAQ section, reports (some video) on undercover investigations carried out by PETA members, descriptions of current action alerts and links to several other interesting sites. This site contains graphic material that may be difficult for some.
