"Bulb Market"

Houses, boats and cars have electrical systems based on 120 V, 24 V, and 12 V respectively. Let's say we have a 60 watt bulb from each, and enough adapters to plug any bulb into any system. Which combination of bulb and system would give the most light? Which would give the least?
