This text employs a sound foundation for students and professionals to solve engineering problems and grasp the key capabilities of the C language. Engineering Problem Solving with C also uses and teaches a methodology that is consistent for solving engineering problems. No previous computing experience is required of engineers and scientists, though college-level algebra and trigonometry experience are prerequisites.
The second edition offers new material and a reorganization of topics. Two new chapters have been added – Structures and an Introduction to C++ Programming. In addition, a new section on problems has been added at the end of each chapter.
